Merger Most Foul: Hard Road Ahead for Delta, Northwest
Surprisingly for Wired, there are some actual interesting tidbits here: a $245 million bond held by Minnesota which comes due immediately if Northwest Airlines leaves Minnesota; if the next administration is Democratic, the merger may not be approved; performance of both airlines suffer during all the hoopla.
