This site offers predictions about delays. There are two modes: First, there are general forecasts about delays based on weather, flights schedules, time of day, and so on. These forecasts are called delay profiles and are intended to allow you to choose among different days, airlines, and airports if reliability is a greater concern than specific flights on specific airlines at specific airports.
Second, there are delay predictions for specific airports, airlines, dates, and times.
The site says their predictions are based on modeling software and, like forecasts of the economy, are never right. It looks like a site to follow and see how well they do.
